RUSHFORD, MN -- Dangerous formaldehyde levels are forcing thousands of
displaced Katrina victims out of their FEMA trailers. With more insurance quote 70 FEMA issued mobile homes in Rushford, some flood victims here are
wondering if they are in danger.

Helen Novlan admits, with a roof over her head and two spare bedrooms,
